Shipping and Payment Notes:

All International customers are required to pay any applicable duties, custom fees or taxes that their country requires upon entry of the goods. Please contact your local Customs office for more details, information, and estimated fees before ordering. Please note that these charges are not charged by us, and therefore cannot be refunded by us. If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment. All international orders are shipped DDU, delivery duty unpaid. Any and all fees or costs for import to be paid by buyer, / importer. Package is shipped, best way, with delivery normally in 2 to 6 business days after approved sale.

All International orders, or orders using International Credit Cards must be verified with the bank prior to shipping. Please allow 2-5 Business days to verify all billing information. You will be contacted if the information cannot be verified, and you may be asked to do a wire transfer. All verifications are for your security, and we appreciate your patience in processing your information.

International shipping cost:

You may check the shipping cost yourself and you may place the order on line from our web order page(s). You may choose (2) different delivery methods to your country. You may choose (1) US Post Office International Global Express Mail, or UPS Worldwide Express. The US Post Office shipping is much less costly and will have the package normally delivered to your country in 3 to 6 business days. The UPS Express Worldwide is a bit quicker with delivery normally to your country in 2 to 4 business days. We provide all paperwork for import to your country, however sometimes YOUR customs agent will delay your package, for reasons like import fees due. We cannot be responsible for any customs delays. Also when you use our on line order page you can change shipping before your order is completed. You can enter a shipping type of US Post Office International Global Express Mail, click continue and see the price, then you can change the shipping to UPS Worldwide and check the price, then you can go back if you want. You can even quit and come back later. Nothing is final until you complete the process, so you can just check the price before entering any credit card information.

For delivery to Canada use UPS Ground to Canada or US Post Office International Global Express Mail.

Power Adapters and Chargers:

The power adapter that is sold with most radar packages requires Standard U.S. Power (110v, 60 Hz) and is not designed for use with international power sources. However, there are a variety of converters that US travelers can use available in stores in your country that will allow the power adapter to function properly. You will need to purchase an adapter appropriate for your country's power supply that will convert your power to US power. Why pay extra shipping for this adapter when you can get the correct converter in your country.


The battery charger that is sold with battery packs requires Standard U.S. Power (110v, 60 Hz) and is not designed for use with international power sources. However, there are a variety of converters available in stores in your country that will allow the battery charger to function properly. Purchase an adapter appropriate for your country's power supply. Why pay extra shipping for this adapter when you can get the correct converter in your country.
